This double room opens onto a private garden (approx. 50 sq. m.) for your exclusive use. The outdoor space, overlooking Lake Maggiore, is fully fenced and equipped with sun loungers and a relaxation corner—an ideal solution for guests traveling with their dog who value privacy and comfort.

• Access: As is typical for historic houses in panoramic locations, the Villa is accessible from the private parking area via a flight of stairs.
• Flexible Cancellation: Book with peace of mind! We offer free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the rate is non-refundable.
