About Us: Franziska, Roberta, and the Heart of RF-LakeVibes

We are Franziska and Roberta, and since 2017, we have been running RF-LakeVibes. Our project features two unique properties in Cannero Riviera: the historic Villa Angelina and Franziska’s Place.

We created this website to introduce you to our homes and help you find your perfect corner of Lake Maggiore, offering the simplicity of having us as your dedicated local hosts.

Who Will Greet You Upon Arrival

Franziska I was born and raised right here in Cannero within an Italian-German family. As a native speaker of both languages, I personally handle all communications and inquiries. Having lived here my whole life, I can provide practical tips on local transport, hiking trails, and insider advice to help you make the most of your days on the lake.

Roberta I moved to Cannero in 2017, the very year we began this adventure together. For me, managing these homes is more than just a job; it’s a way to share the beauty and tranquility I’ve found in this corner of Piedmont. I focus on ensuring everything runs smoothly and welcoming you warmly, so you can enjoy your stay in total relaxation.

Caring for Villa Angelina

We love our properties, especially Villa Angelina. Dating back to 1880, she always requires a little extra care! Every winter, we roll up our sleeves: between paint cans and maintenance projects, we love getting our hands dirty to improve our guests' comfort. Every year, we reinvest in our structures because we want everything to be welcoming and true to our vision of hospitality when you arrive.

Our Philosophy

Our approach to hospitality is simple: being there. We live on-site and are almost always available for anything you might need. When we aren't indoors, you’ll likely find us in the garden tending to our plants and citrus trees. We consider our green space an essential part of the experience—the ideal place to unwind surrounded by the nature of Cannero.
