• Safety & Tranquility: Due to the villa’s unique architecture (stairs and terraces), we welcome guests aged 9 and older.

• Access: As typical for historic panoramic homes, the Villa is reached from the private parking area via a staircase.
• Flexible Cancellation: Book with peace of mind! We offer free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. For bookings made within the last 14 days, the rate is non-refundable.
