Hi, we are Franziska and Roberta. One of us was born here, the other chose to make this her home in 2017: RF-LakeVibes is our way of welcoming you – it’s where we combine our initials and our hearts in everything we do.
Together, we manage Villa Angelina and Franziska’s Place in Cannero Riviera. We don't believe in over-the-top descriptions: instead, we offer a warm welcome, carefully curated homes, and our honest, local tips to help you experience the Lake Maggiore region.

Villa Angelina: Old-world charm and relaxation in nature
Originally a fisherman's house dating back to 1880, Villa Angelina preserves the charm of its history. Today, it offers six well-appointed rooms, all with panoramic lake views and access to private terraces, balconies, or gardens. Surrounded by a garden of palms, citrus trees, and flowers, it is a corner of true tranquility.
The beach and the center of Cannero Riviera are just a few minutes' walk away, while several forest trails nearby invite you to relaxing walks. Access to the villa is convenient via a stone staircase connecting the property to the private guest parking.

Opened in 2018, Franziska’s Place offers two apartments with Lake Maggiore views, spacious outdoor areas, and private parking. The property is located in the heart of Cannero Riviera's historic center, tucked away among the characteristic alleys of the old village.
The location is ideal for those who love to explore on foot: the lakefront promenade, supermarket, and main services are all reachable in a few minutes without having to cross the main road. The beach and harbor are just a 5-10 minute walk away. It is the perfect choice for an authentic stay immersed in the quiet life of the village.

At the beach, you will find activities such as SUP, kayaking, and boat rentals. The location is also ideal for exploring nearby towns like Locarno, Ascona, and Verbania, all rich in history and culture.
