We are Franziska and Roberta, and together we run Villa Angelina and Franziska’s Place in Cannero Riviera.

You can choose between the authentic atmosphere of Franziska’s Place, located in the heart of the historic old town, and the tranquillity of Villa Angelina, surrounded by greenery yet just a few steps from the centre. Both properties offer beautiful lake views and an ideal location: the beaches, lakeside promenade and hiking trails through forests and mountains are all easily accessible on foot. Private parking is also available.

Villa Angelina: Old-world charm and relaxation in nature

Originally a fisherman's house dating back to 1880, Villa Angelina preserves the charm of its history. Today, it offers six well-appointed rooms, all with panoramic lake views and access to private terraces, balconies, or gardens. Surrounded by a garden of palms, citrus trees, and flowers, it is a corner of true tranquility.

The beach and the center of Cannero Riviera are just a few minutes' walk away, while several forest trails nearby invite you to relaxing walks. Access to the villa is convenient via a stone staircase connecting the property to the private guest parking.

Franziska’s Place: Village charm just steps from the lake

Opened in 2018, Franziska’s Place offers two apartments with Lake Maggiore views, spacious outdoor areas, and private parking. The property is located in the heart of Cannero Riviera's historic center, tucked away among the characteristic alleys of the old village.

The location is ideal for those who love to explore on foot: the lakefront promenade, supermarket, and main services are all reachable in a few minutes without having to cross the main road. The beach and harbor are just a 5-10 minute walk away. It is the perfect choice for an authentic stay immersed in the quiet life of the village.
